Answer: No. If you have equipment that is compatible with .WAV files(most are) and either a FREE copy of WinZip(Windows) or Stuffit(Mac), then these sounds are easy to use.

Answer: As Instant Downloads are unable to physically be returned, we will not be able to offer refunds for kits purchased. However, we can offer exchanges for damaged or incomplete kits and links. Exchanges are only made for the same kits purchased.

Answer: If ever you come to this point, contact us immediately for further instruction and resolution. We will work to resolve any issues ASAP.

*Question: When I download my order(s), Im expecting a ".Zip file" but for some reason it is not and my computer reads them as viruses or as 'corrupted files'. How do I fix this?
Answer: This happens on some peoples computers due to a certain type of anti-virus software. The software renames 'suspect' files after download. Easy fix. Just rename those files, ending with ".zip" and that will do the trick (ie, change 'PhillyKeys" to "PhillyKeys.zip").

You may use the Sample Library for both commercial and non-commercial release “royalty free” without the prior permission of KicksandSnares Corp subject to the terms of this agreement. All rights not expressly granted to Licensee are reserved to KicksandSnares Corp.

SAMPLE LIBRARY OWNERSHIP
All Sample Libraries purchased from KicksandSnares Corp are licensed to you – not sold to you. The license is not a sale of the original Sample Library or any of the underlying material. You have purchased a right to use the Sample Library. You do not “own” the actual content. All rights, title, interest in and to the Sample Library including, but not limited to, images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, midi, text, applets, or code incorporated into the Sample Library are owned by KicksandSnares Corp. In addition KicksandSnares Corp shall retain full and complete title to any and all subsequent copies of the Sample Library, regardless of the media or form on or in which the original copies may exist.
